Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Rescaler, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your images solely to deliver the transformation you request.

You confirm you have the rights required to upload each image and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or impersonates others, or content intended to deceive.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape or bypass the limits of the service.

AI output

Outputs are produced by generative models. While the service is designed to preserve subjects, text and logos, results may vary and should be reviewed before publication. Outputs are provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, limits and pricing may change, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the service.
