How ratings work on Rescaler
Every rating on this page is submitted by a signed-in Rescaler account holder, and each account can publish one review, which it can update later. We do not buy, write or edit reviews, and we do not remove a review for being critical — only for spam, abuse or content that identifies someone else. The average shown above is a plain mean of all published ratings, so early on a single score moves it noticeably.
If the page shows no reviews yet, that is simply because nobody has published one so far. We would rather show an empty list than invent testimonials.
What is worth mentioning
Which image you resized, the ratio you needed, and whether the subject, text and logos survived the reframe. Concrete detail helps other people far more than a score alone.
What we do with feedback
Reviews describing a poor result are the fastest way we find weak spots in the reframing prompt and export pipeline. Support requests are better sent to us by email so we can reply.
Before you review
Try at least one real resize end to end — upload, pick a ratio, download the file — so your rating reflects the finished output rather than first impressions of the interface.
